The hotel charged 900 rupees for 3 hours of early check-in. The room allotted is very small, the washroom exhaust is not working and has not been attended even after raising a complaint. Tv is not working. They have charged me 4200 for one night per 3 persons. For the room and services provided the room may cost around 2000. Complimentary breakfast options are very less. Overall experience is very poor

Many issues occurred during the stay. Tv recharge was over and started working after one day after 10 reminders. Hotel staff behaviour is very pathetic. Bathroom tap is faulty. Hot water coming from both tap. Cold water is not coming. During booking it was shown that 1 double bed and one single bed is available in room mobile charging point is not working. Finally we shifted to another room.

Location was ok, but there is a disco in the next building, some time it's very loud and annoying, food was also okay, they have to improve their room service. I ordered tea and got it after 2 hours as milk was finished.
